The establishment of circle based structure is part of the Group’s strategy for bringing together the pursuit of best practice on an international level and the issues that are specific to each company.
These circle based structures are opportunities for discussion and for people to share experiences, and they aim to be proactive in launching wide-ranging projects and enabling continual improvement. They are made up of equivalent people from each subsidiary and they are led by a job-specific expert from the parent company.
The way in which they run is defined by the circle’s needs, alternating between plenary meetings, external input, informal communication and individual work.
